Free Neighborhood Bulky Waste Disposal

I've never heard of this program before, and neither have my neighbors. Please raise more awareness about this program (in multiple languages!) including with apartment complexes.

Good idea

Every two/three months a dumpster should be set out for 4 hour time frame, and neighbors should be notified a week in advance. They can throw items inside the dumpster with proof of ID that they live within the block(s). Someone from the city needs to manage it on site so that another dumpster can be delivered should it get filled up within that time frame..

this is redundant same as first solution for illegal dumping
