Create billboards and advertising on BART, AC Transit bus stops on keep Oakland Clean and Litter Free

Require takeout restaurants/establishments to put information on their take out bags/containers on proper disposal of the trash when the consumer has finished with the bags/containters.

Show all Oakland residents (homeowners, renters, unhoused) what clean, litter free streets look and feel like in Oakland.

In schools. On multi-ethnic radio.

I think this would be a good time to review the effectiveness of the campaign and how best to direct the energy and money to decrease dumping.
