Community Violence Intervention Program
Good idea. I understand that some children don't have any guidance and stability at home. Community service would be a good outlet and teaching and mentoring them would be great. Please don't leave out the young girls and women. Also teach them a skill set such as wood shop, carpentry, food service--school and part time work.
Could sideshows be part of BAM? Sideshow participants need to be shown viable alternatives to sideshows and given safe places to congregate like bowling alleys, skating, etc.
BAM has a great track record and provides avenues for black male mentorship
