Good idea, it will supplement Oak 3ll work and expedite trash removal on streets.
Very interesting idea! I wonder how the city could help incentivize people to pick up trash; it would have to be free for people to drop the trash off at a transfer station. Also, how much should people get paid per pound?
Maybe people would need to submit before and after photos as proof.
