Regular Free City-Wide Dinners

Compassionate solution; sounds like the Project Homeless Connect events that used to happen in San Francisco.

Better wording please. "Free" is misleading and dishonest. Please rephrase to show that the meals are paid by hard working taxpayers.

Lots of groups already do these types of events (like East Oakland Collective) so it might be more about coordinating what already exists rather than having the city create something new.
