this is a great idea! out of curiosity what is the ballpark rent you could get for your ADU?

This is a great start. Provide homeowner basic protections. including enforcing the "Lodger Law" and/or implementing rules/regulations/laws that allows homeowners to evict tenants where there is a protection order etc. I personally know of a homeowner that had a restraining order against their Lodger. Even though there are provision/protections regarding Lodgers, OPD chooses not to enforce them. The homeowner had to allow the perpetrator in their home and go the long the eviction process

Allow ADUs on dead-end streets. We have a large lot on a street with easy access and can't add one more unit on our lot due to it being on a dead-end street.

Common sense solution. Not possible during Evi tion moratorium
