Real Time Camera Network

Real time camera is justifiable as bad guys will think twice and it has to be integrated with Police scanner or police network where they can catch the bad actors in real time. When residents feel unsafe or vulnerable the city they are living that is no good. Privacy concerns goes out the door as that literally helps bad actors interests go unnoticed with no consequences.

Also include a loudspeaker on the camera too. One thing I think is important is they’re movable. You want people to know there is a camera there, not hidden - so as to deter. But also keep criminals on their toes - move them around
