Public-Private Parntership Housing

It's sustainable: a federally and state-supported project where housing and healthcare are the care infrastructures, with goals intended to house, provide treatment and support populations that have highest indices homelessness. We need a new model, because housing the drug addicted as well as treatment for supportive services mentally/developmentally disabled don't exist. Most people who need help with housing frequently need something tied to each other that helps the WHOLE circumstance.
