Some of us are already being forced to house people against our will with ZERO recourse. We will never rent to people again with this. Make it easier for people being generous and community oriented and opening their homes to not get completely screwed over by these people and the government.

This seems like and excellent way to destroy rental housing opportnities and encourage people to sell to new owners - terrible idea
