100+ points for I like this idea. If Oakland does not do this one, the state and the fed should implement it. The National Guard needs to come into Oakland neighborhoods especially Uptown, 14th and Broadway, Chinatown, and throughout East and West Oakland and implement the federal laws prohibiting smoking, felon convicts use of guns and other crimes, sex trafficking, attacking elders, reckless driving, etc. Biss and Fefe don’t care about us so we need fed help RIGHT NOW!
