Monthly Neighborhood Bulky Waste Pickup

This would work because there are soooo many times where tenants leave their items when moving as they have no where else to put it. Landlords aren't always forthcoming about bulky pickup options so residents have no clue they have this option. This could be something great.

I think this is great because a lot of dumping I believe is people leaving the area and dumping their entire apartment on the street. Knowing there is a monthly pickup makes it easier

Yes, just make it easy for people to do the right thing.
