Do not let the mayor order a wrecked vehicle sit on the street for months because it is a "home". (Like car on Northgate Ave. was) or loud gangsters operating off Telegraph Ave last year
Take away power from Mayor to prevent removal of a vehicle that sits for wees/months because it is a home.
