I like the litter pick up teams giving the unhoused vouchers to pick up litter and keep the streets clean.

I agree that taxation is not the solution; the city already has the revenue and workforce to handle the problem. They have to add it to the workload of the paid work crews assigned to specific locations around the city on a routine base until our city is restored to how it used to look.
