Residents Respond to 311 service calls and Win Big

How would you make certain that the citizens were disposing off the garbage in the proper place as opposed to just someplace else?

This assumes that the 311 caller has a way to abate the area. What will keep the 311 caller from illegally dumping the trash abated in another location just to get the prize?

It allows and provides an incentive for residents to “do something” about the problems they see. Many of us will do the work, but it is helpful to know that we can and will also get a little cash bonus. It needs to be coupled with a way for residents to get bagged/collected trash picked up.
