People need hugs.Nobodys giving them one.Their cars are abandoned because they get them,wanting to be seen or be a productive Member of Society.Sometimes figure out,they should have spent that money on an Apartment or school clothes for their child they have to participate in raising.Thaank u for listening to me and or my Ideas on Abandoned Vehicles.Give them Notices and then fines.Some have to learn the hard ways,when u hit their pockets then they"re see Life is not a Joke,and Cars are not Toys and are to be Driven safely and not kept on the road,keeping Our City looking worse.
