Citizen's Surveillance Program

Trying to stamp out crime through policing and surveillance will never work. An ounce of prevention is worth ten pounds of ineffective and brutal (policing, racist criminal justice systems and the torture chambers called prisons) "cure".

Other cities have CCTV on every corner, and then some. No reason a crime-ridden and unsafe city like Oakland should not be doing this already. It’s negligence on the city’s part.
