Therapy and Cash to Reduce Violent Crime

I like this idea and how there's already a case study showing how successful this approach has been in Liberia. This intervention program is a good alternative to incarceration, but I'm curious to know what incentives other than therapy would these at-risk young men receive?

I’m sorry, but a MILLION dollars to pay 10 “at-risk” youth NOT to commit crimes is absolutely asinine. Do it with private money if you want, but not our tax dollars.
